How we handle your information

What we collect
When you request a call, we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email, number of employees, best time to reach you, your state (if provided), and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We also note which page or printed material brought you here.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, follow up about the SIMRP and related benefit services from XO Financial, and keep a record of our conversations. If you choose to move forward with a proposal, we share the information needed to build it with our plan administrator, only with your permission.
Text messages (SMS)
- We text you only if you check the consent box on our form or otherwise give us permission. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Messages relate to your request and related benefit information from XO Financial. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call (254) 735-1900.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages.
Any marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor those requests promptly.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as our website host, phone, and email services), with our plan administrator when you ask for a proposal, or when required by law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
